California-based metal band Avenged Sevenfold have premiered today a new video for the song God Damn. Directed by Anders Rostad, God Damn was shot in a Los Angeles warehouse filled with fans. Making of video you can see here.

God Damn is the song taken from the band’s latest album, The Stage, which hit No. 1 on Billboard’s Rock, Hard Rock and Alternative Albums charts, No. 4 on the Top 200 and debuted Top 5 on iTunes in over 35 countries. Co-produced by A7X and Joe Barresi (Queens of the Stone Age, Tool), The Stage is the band’s 7th studio album and first for Capitol Records. The album was surprise-dropped in October last year and garnered positive reactions around the world. Q called it ‘their boldest album yet’, while NME praised its ‘lyrical sophistication’ in their 4/5 review.

Following their sold out European tour earlier this year which included 2 nights at London’s 02, Avenged Sevenfold recently announced a stadium summer run with Metallica along with a series of special headline shows, the first of which took place last weekend in Las Vegas at the Las Rageous festival.
