After an outstanding performances at Rock am Ring and Rock im Park, back in 2014, american metal band Avenged Sevenfold will return to Germany in 2017 to play a headline shows in Frankfurt, Hamburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart and Münich. Pre-sale will start on Thursday, 11th August.


Avenged Sevenfold, which hails from Huntington Beach, California, have become known for their spectacular live shows, routinely selling out arenas worldwide and headlining some of the biggest and most prestigious music festivals. Their debut album, Sounding The Seventh Trumpet, was released in 2001, but the breakthrough came in 2005 with the record City Of Evil, which achieved platinum award for album sales. Following records Avenged Sevenfold (2007), Nightmare (2010) and their most recent, Hail To The King (2013) topped the band to the Billboard charts and been certified Diamond, Platinum and Gold in nearly a dozen countries.

In November 2012, the band made an unprecedented appearance as characters in Call of Duty Black Ops 2 – the biggest-selling video game of all time, which featured the band’s performance of Carry On, written specifically for the game. Avenged Sevenfold have also self-released the action-adventure mobile video game Hail To The King: Deathbat to rave reviews; with music, concept, and gameplay created entirely by the band. They also appeared in stores and homes globally as the featured pre-launch artist in 2015’s Guitar Hero: Live including an industry first playable live performance.

As a special geuest will perform Grammy Award-nominated, multiplatinum hard rock titans – Disturbed. The band was formed in 1996 in Chicago and through their carreer they’ve sold 12 million albums globally and scored four consecutive albums debut at #1 on the Billboard Top 200.

Their latest album entitled Immortalized, was released in 2015 and already boasted three huge #1 smashes The Vengeful One, The Light, and the global sensation that is their powerful version of the Simon & Garfunkel classic The Sound of Silence.
