After having to postpone this year’s appearance, the legendary US rock band Pearl Jam will return to London, UK for not just one, but two massive shows at concert series BST Hyde Park, presented by American Express, in 2021. These will be their biggest London shows ever and UK exclusive for next year.

Formed in Seattle in 1990, Pearl Jam were one of the pioneers of the alternative rock movement that changed music forever. Lead by the superstar frontman Eddie Vedder, their breakout debut album Ten, released in 1991, had a lasting impact on the scene, achieving the group mainstream success. They’ve inspired countless bands with their hits, including Black, Jeremy, Alive and Rearviewmirror.

The band have been also hugely commercially successful with more than 85 million albums sold worldwide and were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2017. Eddie Vedder and his bandmates have also cultivated a reputation for being one of the most incredible live acts of all time. Their 2018’s two nights in London’s O2 Arena have raved the reviews, with Classic Rock calling the last London show an “astonishing end-of-tour blow out”.

Pearl Jam will headline BST Hyde Park 2021 on July 9th, with previously announced special guests Pixies, while the incredible IDLES will join them on the next day, July 10th. Many more artists for both dates are still set to be announced. Tickets are available to order at www.bst-hydepark.com/tickets.
