P!NK at Sziget festival 2017!
Organizers of Sziget festival are very excited to announce another headliner for its 25th edition. After a decade to the festival will return P!NK. American singer will open a 7-day party on the Island of Freedom in the middle of Budapest on Wednesday, August 9th.
Since her debut in 2000, P!nk (Alecia Moore) has released seven records, sold over 60 million albums, over 130 million singles, over 2.4 million DVDs worldwide and has had 14 singles in the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart (four at #1). In addition, she is the recipient of three GRAMMY Awards and was named Billboard’s Woman of the Year in 2013. She has sold out arenas all over the world. Her The Truth About Love World Tour played 142 shows in 13 countries. P!nk’s show at Sziget festival 2017 marks a big return to the concert stage. Don’t miss it!
Another new confirmed names in line up are Wiz Khalifa, as well as Rita Ora, for the Dan Panaitescu Main Stage and Alex Clare, Dimension, The Courteeners, The Vaccines and Her for the A38 Tent. The gigantic tent of the Arena will welcome Paul Van Dyk and Bassjackers among the already announced other names.
Program of Sziget festival breaks down to more than 50 venues, where one can’t only plan to see top headline acts on the Main Stage, but can experience arts, circus, theatre, dance, yoga and much more with a 24/7 program.
