The Dillinger Escape Plan involved in a bus crash in Poland!
American metal band The Dillinger Escape Plan, who’s currently on their farewell European tour was involved in a crash. The accident happend this morning in Poland, when the band were travelling from Warsaw to Krakow, for the next show, scheduled for tonight.
The tour bus carrying the band and their crew was smashed by a truck. During the crash was damaged the trailer where the band had stored their gear. As the official reports, no one from the bus was seriously injured, but they were taken to the local hospital for further tests. The most injured person was the 31 years old, driver of the truck.
“Everyone is alive, a few injuries, but it could be much worse,” said The Dillinger Espace Plan’s guitarist Ben Weinman to MetalInjection, about the current situation. The show in Krakow was cancelled and currently it’s unclear if the band will continue this run.
